After a weekend away that included a wake, numerous familial recriminations and lots of pool time I came home to learn Chicken has fallen into a deep depression. She refuses to get out of bed and actually buries her head in her blanket of wood chips when we try to lure her outside.
So I sing this song to her as I refill her water silo and hose down her run hoping it will lift her spirits.
